" The old vines have been tressed for the last several years. Adrien prefers to avoid too much new wood here, just 15%, given the natural density of the wine. 
I still get a whiff of coconut. This has a magical depth while brimming with energy. Ripe citrus with hillside energy, front loaded, very different in style to the Vide Bourse. 
Quintessence of great hillside Chardonnay.
